
Hyundai goes with IP-Centrex solution from QSC
Heilbronn/Cologne, June 10, 2010 – The "IPfonie centraflex," the virtual IP-Centrex
solution from Cologne-based telecommunications service provider QSC, is the system of
choice for the Hyundai Corporation Europe GmbH in Schwalbach, Germany. It was
implemented by tsbkorsch GmbH, a Heilbronn-based ITC systems house that is active
throughout Europe.The Hyundai Corporation Europe GmbH belongs to the Korea-based Hyundai Corporation
with headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. This subsidiary's location in Germany serves as
the hub for all locations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the CIS countries (EMEA
and CIS zones).
tsbkorsch was asked to supply a new telephone system, secure W-LAN access, as well as
a new, high-performance Internet link for the location in Schwalbach, as the locations in
the EMEA and CIS zones access the central infrastructure in Germany. This means that
services like VPN or e-mail have to be able to operate without restriction so as to prevent
business processes from being impaired.
And in choosing the telephone system, the Hyundai Corporation very quickly decided to
go with the IPfonie centraflex, the IP-Centrex solution from QSC. In addition to its highquality
AASTRA telephone instruments, this telephone system also enabled the
implementation of a Voice-Data solution that offered the customer an unbeatable costbenefit
ratio.
